When should you postpone your massage?

During feverish, infectious or acute inflammatory illnesses.

In case of serious cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

After recent surgery, or with bone fractures, open wounds or skin infections.

In case of severe osteoporosis or an advanced herniated disc (traditional stretching techniques are not recommended in this case, but a gentle oil massage is possible by prior arrangement).

During cancer (only with the approval of your treating physician).

During pregnancy (especially in the first trimester).
